Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with current residents by providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate resident communications, announcements, and community updates.
• Assist with move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, text, website, and social media.
• Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents and their families.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate leasing records within the property management system.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
