Job summary

Redstone, a Burlington, VT-based real estate development and property management firm, is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support and enhance customer service and the resident experience. Qualifications

• Experience in front-line customer service or office environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and related productivity tools.
• Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi Voyager) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service by answering office phones, responding to emails, assisting residents, and handling inquiries.
• Manage voicemail triage and ensure inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Inform residents of building-wide updates and maintenance activities.
• Develop and distribute resident resources, newsletters, welcome packets, and move-in reports.
• Support the Senior Resident Services Manager with outreach and engagement efforts.
• Provide administrative support to Leasing team as needed.
• Coordinate distribution of keys and parking passes; update callbox directories.
