Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing targets and daily resident interactions at Greenway Vista in Canal Winchester, OH. The role involves tours, prompt responses, and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

You’ll work with Entrata/OneSite/RealPage and maintain accurate lead data, contributing to marketing efforts and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Previous leasing and sales experience preferred; multifamily or student housing a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to individual and team leasing targets and goals.
• Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective residents.
• Provide property tours and tailor experience to each prospect.
• Close leasing by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Respond to leasing inquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person.
• Enter and maintain lead information in Entrata and follow up with prospects.
• Understand site leasing trends and guide prospects to leasing decisions.
• Maintain office, model units, and common areas in tour route.
• Participate in community marketing and resident event planning.
• Guide applicants through the application process and ensure lease accuracy.
