Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments: greet prospects, process applications, verify income and credit.
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure a welcoming community.
• Collect rents, track delinquencies, issue notices, and pursue collections as needed.
• Screen and score rental applicants; coordinate renewals and certifications.
• Inspect property and schedule capital improvements; manage budgets and expenses.
