Peak Management LLC is hiring a Resident Service Coordinator for our Ramblewood Apartments portfolio in Michigan. You will be the primary point of contact for residents, handling maintenance questions, requests, and concerns with timely, accurate entry into the system.

• Experience handling resident maintenance questions and requests.
• Ability to enter service requests promptly and accurately.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in resolving and handling resident maintenance questions, concerns and complaints.
• Take service requests from residents or staff via phone, in person, and email; enter requests promptly.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with determining priority of service requests for technicians or vendors.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
