Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential property management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with Yardi is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• AP/AR and rent collections.
• Interact with residents and handle inquiries.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Oversee on-site contractors and facilities management.
• Market, lease, and manage renewals for apartments.
• Supervise maintenance and administrative staff.
