Responsibilities

• Controlls expenditures within approved budgets and maintains petty cash.
• Manages lease enforcement, applications, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Gathers market data to inform marketing and leasing strategies.
• Responds to resident questions and service requests to promote satisfaction.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property through inspections.
• Supervises staff, conducts training, and evaluates performance.
