Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Resident Relations Manager for the Sixteen-30 community in Plainfield, IL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, driving leasing activity, and ensuring financial health through rent collection and reporting.

The position is full-time with a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, plus performance incentives. You will report to the Community Manager and work on-site at the property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience.
• Experience in resident relations and property financials is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lease from inquiry to move-in, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
• Lead lease renewals, rent collection, and occupancy tracking while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support marketing efforts, resident events, and positive resident experiences.
