Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Community Assistant to help shape a vibrant student housing community. The role supports customer service, leasing, events, and resident engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The position is part-time, hourly, and on-site, with flexible evening and weekend hours to accommodate residents and campus activities. The CA will assist with tours, inquiries, and coordinating community communications, while upholding safety and inclusivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and their guests.
• Resident Support: Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Leasing & Marketing: Involves outreach marketing, social media, tours, inquiries, calls and visits.
• Community Engagement: Develop and implement activities to foster community spirit and involvement.
• Administrative Duties: Manage resident inquiries, maintain records, support room assignments and communications.
• Safety and Security: Promote a safe living environment and report issues to staff.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff to ensure seamless operations and participate in meetings and training.
• Participating in the “turn” process.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
