You will work with the Resident Experience Team to ensure a smooth move-in process, respond to resident inquiries, and support marketing and outreach efforts.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and maintaining high community standards in a multi-family environment. This is a full-time on-site position in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in property management or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Open the office each morning per SOP and prepare common areas for guests.
• Establish rapport with Residents and Prospects with Fair Housing standards.
• Monitor community curb appeal and maintain model apartments.
• Handle move-ins/move-outs with the Resident Experience Team.
• Ensure apartments meet quality and cleanliness standards for new residents.
