IEC Property Services Corporation (IECPSC) is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 232‑unit property in Hercules, CA. The role oversees day‑to‑day operations, leasing, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction.

The position requires at least two years in multi‑family property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. Schedule: Tue–Sat 9:00am–6:00pm. Competitive pay with commissions and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience.
• Knowledge of property management, California law, and local regulations.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager experience.
• Excellent problem solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, staff, and vendors.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Available Tuesday–Saturday 9:00am–6:00pm.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease available apartments in compliance with fair housing laws.
• Pre-lease units and maintain a waiting list.
• Provide high level customer service and connect with residents.
• Collect and deposit rent and fees using Yardi Voyager.
• Oversee maintenance staff and vendor relationships.
• Prepare units for rental including renovation oversight.
• Maintain organized unit files and reports.
• Manage property expenditures within budget.
