Position Summary
IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Community Manager to lead a 146-unit apartment community in San Diego, California. Community Managers are responsible for planning and directing the day‑to‑day activities of the properties, including maintenance staff and vendors, to ensure that goals and objectives of the properties are accomplished. The Community Manager must have the ability to take direction, yet self‑lead. They must be a team player, sales goal oriented, and be in alignment with company culture.
