Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Property/Community Manager license where required.
• Minimum three (3) years property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in One Site preferred.
• Experience in affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development preferred.
• ARM CAM designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full oversight of assigned property and lead associates.
• Mentor and coach associates to enhance performance and customer service.
• Evaluate performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for leasing.
• Maintain rent collection procedures and vendor compliance.
• Prepare annual operating budget with Regional Manager.
• Ensure property grounds and units are clean and maintained.
• Oversee move-ins/turnovers and resident relations.
