University Partners in Athens, GA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations, leasing performance, and resident services. You will help supervise staff, process lease approvals, manage marketing initiatives, and coordinate finances to ensure high occupancy and strong resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to analyze leasing trends and pricing. Weekend work and peak leasing seasons are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Community Manager in supervising leasing team and ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
• Review lease applications and verify lease file accuracy.
• Ensure integrity of Entrata data for traffic, leases, renewals, and work orders.
• Meet regularly with Community Manager and Market Director to discuss leasing issues.
• Monitor daily lease approvals and renewal updates.
• Assist with move-in/move-out coordination and resident communications.
• Support marketing initiatives, campus outreach and advertising.
