Bryten in United States seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, enhance resident experience, and contribute to community success. You will manage leasing processes, rent collections, and resident communications while coordinating with maintenance and staff.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in residential leasing or property management, strong customer service, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential leasing or property management experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and overall performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, payments, delinquencies, and notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy and retention goals through service excellence.
• Process applications, screenings, and guide prospective residents through leasing.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely service and turn of apartments.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and promptly.
