Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Leasing & Experience Consultant to join the on-site property management team at Fountain Park & Villas in Canoga Park, CA. You will be the primary contact for residents and prospects, delivering excellent service and helping drive leasing success.

You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate communications with residents while upholding our standards of hospitality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or sales preferred
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts
• Strong customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, determine their needs, and present the community and amenities.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and text, providing efficient customer service.
• Conduct community tours and assist with lease applications and verifications.
• Research competitive properties and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents through activities and communications.
• Complete lease and renewal paperwork efficiently.
• Update and maintain activity reports and resident records.
