Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Leasing & Experience Consultant in Concord, CA. You will be the first point of contact for current and prospective residents, working with the on-site property management team to deliver outstanding service and a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include guiding tours, processing applications, and collaborating with teams to promote community amenities. A strong customer-service mindset and ability to close deals are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospects, determine their needs, and present the community and amenities.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and text with efficient service.
• Conduct community tours and assist with lease applications and verifications.
• Research competitive properties and suggest marketing ideas.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents through activities and communications.
• Organize resident functions and address concerns.
• Ensure office and community areas are clean and assist with move-in processes.
• Facilitate move-in orientations and exceptional hospitality.
• Serve as liaison between residents, service team, and management.
• Promote amenities and manage inquiries.
• Complete lease and renewal paperwork.
• Update resident records and activity reports.
• Adhere to fair housing laws and company policies.
• Participate in training and ensure policy compliance.
