Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking an Experience Consultant I for Park La Brea in Los Angeles. You will be part of the internal Customer Service team handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints for the 4,200+ units across Park La Brea in Miracle Mile, LA.

Responsibilities include guiding residents, processing work orders, tours, move-ins/outs, and maintaining accurate records in the property management system. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of customer service experience in property management, strong

Qualifications

• 1 year of overall customer service experience in a property management career progression
• Firm knowledge of federal, state, local laws related to employment, fair housing, and landlord/tenant laws
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and RealPage or similar software
• Knowledge of customer relationship management software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all prospects and residents in a positive, professional manner
• Check voice mail boxes and email receptacle regularly throughout the day
• Respond to residents and prospect inquiries and concerns with calmness, professionalism, and confidence
• Create and complete work orders
• Assist current residents with additions/deletions and move-in/move-out processes
• Maintain files and documentation in property management software
