Prime Residential's Park La Brea in Los Angeles is seeking an Experience Consultant I to join the on-site Customer Service team. You will handle resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and administrative tasks for 4,200+ units, delivering accurate, courteous information.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, multi-tasking, and knowledge of property management software, with a focus on safety, professionalism, and timely responses to ensure a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of overall customer service experience in a property management career progression.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local laws related to employment, fair housing, and landlord/tenant laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and RealPage or other property management software.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicle/golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospects and residents in a positive, professional manner.
• Check voice mail and email receptacle regularly throughout the day.
• Respond to inquiries with calm professionalism and de-escalation when needed.
• Create and complete work orders; document notes in resident files.
• Assist leasing department with tours, applications, and move-ins/move-outs.
