Position Overview
The Community Concierge plays a vital on‑site role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within the leasing office of the property. From conducting prospect tours and follow‑ups to spearheading internal and outreach marketing endeavors, resident retention efforts, and overnight on‑call duties, they are the cornerstone of resident satisfaction and community engagement. Additionally, the Community Concierge may assist with various clerical or office‑related tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their role.
What You Will Do
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager.
- Commit to working full shifts, which consist of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on‑site at the property.
- Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Assist with move‑outs, turn, and move‑ins that extend beyond normal part‑time hours.
- Complete all prospect tours of the community.
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events.
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
- Secure partnership opportunities for the community.
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials.
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager.
- Create marketing materials using Canva.
- Provide evening and/or overnight on‑call and round duties.
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community.
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure product presentation always meets brand and company standards.
Ideally, You’ll Have
- High School Diploma or comparable degree.
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
- The utmost level of integrity in all instances, showing respect towards others and towards company principles.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Physical Demands
- Maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow or slippery surfaces.
- Perform substantial repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, including bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Bend, stoop, and reach several times during a shift.
- See clearly with or without corrected vision.
- Drive to and from client locations, which may involve prolonged sitting.
- Have manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.
- Have close vision (clear at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear at 20 feet or more), and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
Work Environment
- Well‑lighted, heated, and/or air‑conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
- Occasionally participate in property walks or outdoor marketing events that require walking and standing for longer periods.
- Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers and printers).
