Job summary

The Dermot Company is seeking an onsite Property Management support role in Florida. The candidate will be the first responder for resident inquiries, support leasing activities, and help manage move-ins/outs and office duties.

A real estate license or willingness to obtain one is required, with at least two years in multifamily property management. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management experience in a multifamily building environment.
• Some experience with laws and regulations governing property management and multifamily properties.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain within the required timeframe.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with property management technologies, MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Be the first responder for resident and prospect calls and inquiries.
• Meet residents' needs in a timely, courteous manner while upholding building standards, policies and procedures.
• Support the management team with resident relations, move in/out procedures, amenity upkeep and general office matters.
• Support leasing team with renewals, tours, lease applications and social media efforts.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting and other assigned tasks.
