Job summary

The Dermot Company is seeking a full-time Leasing & Management Associate to oversee day-to-day property management and leasing across West Palm Beach and Wellington FL. The role is onsite with state-of-the-art Class A multifamily assets and requires hands-on apartment operations and resident relations.

Based in West Palm Beach with property visits, you will respond to resident and prospect inquiries, manage move-ins/outs, renewals, tours, and reporting, while upholding Dermot's standards of

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management experience in a multifamily building environment.
• Experience with NY laws and regulations regarding property management and multifamily/mix-use buildings in NY.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain license.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, communication and follow-through skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Leasing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first responder for resident and prospect calls and inquiries.
• Meet residents' needs in a timely and courteous manner while upholding building standards, policies and procedures.
• Support the management team with resident relations, move in/out procedures, amenity upkeep and general office matters.
• Support the leasing team with renewals, tours, lease applications and social media efforts.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting as assigned.
• Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned.
