Dermot Realty Management Co., LP in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Leasing & Management Associate to oversee day-to-day property management and leasing for luxury multifamily properties. This on-site, full-time role requires weekday hours 9-6 with weekends, and regular in-person interaction.

You will handle resident relations, move in/out procedures, renewals, tours, and reporting while supporting the management team and leasing group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management experience in a multifamily building environment.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain the real estate license within the time allotted.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, communication and follow-through skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Be the first responder for resident and prospect calls and inquiries.
• Meet the needs of the residents in a timely and courteous manner while ensuring building standards, policies and procedures.
• Support the management team with resident relations, move in/out procedures, amenity upkeep and general office matters.
• Support the leasing team with renewals, tours, lease applications and social media efforts.
• Assist with all weekly and monthly reporting as assigned.
• Complete additional projects tasks as assigned.

The Dermot Company , a New York and Florida based real estate developer and operator, is seeking a full-time Leasing & Management Associate who will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day property management and leasing functions.

In this role, you will contribute to the continued growth and operational excellence of our luxury residential portfolio. This position plays an important part in advancing Dermot’s commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences, supporting property performance, and upholding our standards of integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

This is a full time, in-person position.

About the role

• This is an onsite position with hours of 9-6pm, weekends included.
• This position requires regular interaction with others in person and other forms of communication tools.
• The incumbent will sit, stand or walk around for long periods of time depending on the task and will use standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, software programs) as needed.

About You and What You Offer

• Minimum of two (2) years of property management experience in a multifamily building environment.
• Some experience dealing with required laws and regulations regarding property management and multifamily
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain the real estate license within the time allotted.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, communication and follow-through skills.
• Eagerness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and learn to grow with the organization.
• Proficient in various property management technologies, MSOffice and Google Suite.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions.

Starting Compensation: $24.72/hr
