Job summary

GMH Communities in Marietta, GA is seeking a friendly Community/Leasing Assistant for a regular part-time role. You will be the main contact for residents and prospective tenants, handling walk-ins, tours, phones, emails, signing and closing leases, and coordinating daily property operations.

You will support the Leasing Manager, assist with move-ins and resident events, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive resident relations through outstanding service
• Participate in the daily operations of the property
• Process leases and accompanying paperwork
• Displaying high levels of service through email responses, social media outreach and phone communications
• Assist with leasing events and activities
• Participate in resident retention events and activities
• Actively participate in the GMHgo initiative
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
• Thorough knowledge of office applications and company policies
