Quantum Leap Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations at a San Antonio apartment community. You will assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations while handling rent collections and financial record-keeping.

The role requires at least two years in multi-family property management, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Basic understanding of a property budget.
• Experience with ResMan software is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• A current, valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Community Manager to learn administration and financial duties.
• Perform marketing and leasing functions to maintain occupancy targets.
• Implement resident retention practices and follow-up on service requests.
• Maintain positive resident relations and address issues promptly.
• Process rent collections, deposits, and monthly reconciliations.
• Enforce rent collection policy and process invoices.
• Assist with leasing responsibilities and generate leads.
• Monitor renewals and distribute notices as needed.
• Understand state housing regulations and move-in paperwork.
