Job summary

Atlantic Housing Palm House Apartments in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager and ensure smooth property operations. Qualifications

• 2 years of LIHTC, HUD and Section 8 experience (required)
• 1-year experience in property management (required)
• 1-year experience with Yardi or Yardi Voyager (preferred)
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email (Gmail)
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
• Performs duties under pressure and meets deadlines in a timely manner.
• Works as part of a team and completes assignments independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports including rents, deposits and other monies.
• Update rents, deposits and other monetary transactions; verify against leases.
• Issue notices for late payments or evictions; coordinate with residents and supervisors.
• Inspect property on-site and report maintenance needs; supervise service requests.
• Assist in leasing activities: greet prospects, conduct tours, and participate in marketing as needed.
• Contribute to renewal outreach and occupancy maintenance.
