Hometown America is seeking an Assistant Community Manager at Angola Beach & Estates located in Lewes, DE. You will support the community manager with financial management, rent collection and expense control, while promoting positive resident relations and events.

The role requires experience in sales/leasing, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, customer service and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the community manager with financial management, rent collection and expense control.

• Performing duties relevant to home sales and leasing.
• Performing administrative tasks, including answering phones, creating resident files and paperwork.
