Qualifications

• 3-4 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong understanding of leasing, operations, and resident relations.
• CAM or CPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop on-site team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and renewal goals.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, delinquencies, and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee property maintenance, safety, and curb appeal standards.
• Build strong resident relationships and host engagement events.
