Lion Real Estate Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a Community Manager to lead daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, and improve property performance through hands-on leadership.

You will manage leasing, renewals, and collections, mentor the onsite team, coordinate renovations and marketing initiatives, and ensure budgets and policies are consistently met to maximize occupancy and NOI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a positive, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring both resident satisfaction and financial success.
• Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop your onsite team to deliver excellent service.
• Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs.
