Acento Real Estate Partners is seeking a Community Manager in Atlanta to lead day-to-day operations of a residential community. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance while building a high-performing on-site team.

The role emphasizes budgeting, revenue optimization, occupancy growth, and asset management. Strong leadership, Spanish/English bilingual ability, and a strategic, service-oriented mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site property management experience in multifamily housing
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in property management software (OneSite), MS Office, Teams, and Adobe
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Marketing experience to drive leasing and retention
• Bilingual in Spanish & English desired (or required depending on community)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance
• Build and lead on-site staff; hire, train and mentor for teamwork and accountability
• Develop and execute the property's financial plan, operating budget, and rent strategies
• Set competitive market rent levels; optimize renewal strategies and marketing to maximize occupancy
• Collaborate on asset performance decisions and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations, company policies, and laws
