The Stellar Family of Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at a thriving apartment community. You will provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and assist with leasing and office tasks.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; commuting and basic computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Answer phones and assist prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment tours and support leasing efforts.
• Process applications and maintain resident records.
• Collect rent, deposits, and application fees.
• Receive and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Prepare reports and assist with daily office operations.
• Support the Property Manager and help ensure community success.
