Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Comfortable with office technology.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible, approachable presence in the community.
• Address resident concerns and elevate issues to Community Manager.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Prepare resident bills and ensure rent is collected.
• Support the Community Manager with document preparation.
