Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or management experience in multifamily or hospitality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with RealPage, OneSite, ActiveBuilding, Knock or similar PM systems.
• College preferred; high school diploma required.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident concerns with empathy and resolve to one-touch solutions when possible.
• Enforce community policies to ensure fairness and consistency.
• Proactively manage retention and lease renewals.
• Assist leasing staff with traffic and ensure quality customer service.
• Maintain CRM records and communicate insights to leadership.
• Coordinate events, guest suites, and marketing of rentable spaces.
