Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hospitality or community engagement
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience creating welcoming, high-touch experiences
• Proficiency with Canva or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests, providing a front-of-house presence
• Build relationships with residents and help them feel connected
• Coordinate events, tours, and reservations; support engagement activities
• Create social media content and resident-facing materials using Canva
• Support community communications and respond to guest questions
