Responsibilities include managing resident relations, updating advertising, and assisting with leasing duties. Must maintain adherence to policies and ensure safety and quality in resident services.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication is required.
• Basic working knowledge in computer skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident correspondence including lease questions and service requests.
• Coordinate and plan monthly events for residents.
• Assist Leasing Office as needed and update ads for rental growth.
• Monitor budgets and expenses and oversee staff events.
• Enforce facility policies and ensure safe, orderly operations.
• Respond to emergencies (911) and notify the property manager when needed.
