Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator for Four Seasons at Carolina Oaks in Bluffton, SC. The role focuses on welcoming front desk service, clear communications, event support, and administrative coordination to build a warm, connected resident community.

You will help maintain information across channels, plan and support events, and ensure a hospitality-forward resident experience reflecting the Lowcountry warmth and authenticity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, administrative, hospitality, events, or related field.
• Experience supporting events, programs, volunteers, clubs or residents is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the warm, professional first point of contact at the front desk for residents and guests.
• Prepare and distribute timely resident communications and maintain calendars and websites.
• Assist with planning, setup, execution, and follow-up of resident events and programs.
• Provide general administrative support to the Community Life team and coordinate facility needs.
