Job summary

The Peninsula Regent in San Mateo, CA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Resident Services Director to provide strategic leadership and elevate the resident experience. You will oversee the Resident Services department, champion a resident-centered culture, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and partners.

Three+ years of leadership in senior living or healthcare, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and excellent organizational and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or related setting.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, psychology, gerontology, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex situations effectively.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of resident services, elder care, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resident Services department and promote a resident-centered culture.
• Oversee resident transitions and coordinate support for complex resident needs.
• Develop, coach, and support a high-performing Resident Services team.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners.
