Property Management, Inc. (PMI) seeks a full-time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to join our Lancaster House North Apartments team in Lancaster, PA. You will oversee the community, supervise staff, manage Section 8 leases, and ensure top-notch customer service.

A PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required; PMI will assist with licensing. PMI is an employee-owned company with 55+ years in the real estate industry and offers stability and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry (HUD Section 8, elderly preferred).
• PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative processes.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• Yardi experience preferred.
