Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is hiring a full-time Community Director for State College Affordable Housing. You will oversee operations, supervise staff, process applications and move-ins, and handle yearly recertifications.

Based in State College, PA, PMI is employee-owned with benefits including 401(k) matching, health plans, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for advancement. A PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required; PMI will support licensing.

Qualifications

• Tax Credit experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
