Property Management, Inc. in Lancaster, PA is seeking a full-time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to oversee Lancaster House North Apartments. The role requires managing staff, handling Section 8 leases, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multi-family housing, HUD Section 8 experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• PA Real Estate license is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities
