Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a Lifestyle Director for a residential condominium community in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role focuses on planning and delivering engaging recreational and therapeutic activities, while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

You will supervise front desk, concierge, and on-site staff, coordinate events, manage budgets, recruit and train personnel, and serve as liaison between residents and KWPM on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience including 1 year in social or recreational program.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Must possess excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule complex activities and events with integrity.
• Oversee Front Desk, Concierge, and on-site staff.
• Develop SOPs to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate vendor quotes and manage budgets.
• Maintain calendars, records, and resident communications.
• Interact with residents and external partners to promote programs.
