Job summary

KW Property Management in Miami is seeking a Lifestyle Director on Duty to coordinate community events, supervise on-site staff, and partner with residents to foster engaging social and wellness activities.

You will plan and schedule programs, manage budgets, recruit and train personnel, coordinate vendor services, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining a welcoming, professional apartment community.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years in a related role with 1 year in a social or recreational program.
• Experience using MS Office and Excel for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple events concurrently.
• Bilingual Spanish may be required in some communities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize complex activities and events with integrity.
• Plan events with entertainment, caterers, decorations, and other needs.
• Supervise weekend property staff during Manager on Duty shifts.
• Develop standard operating procedures for community services.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate association personnel.
