KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Lifestyle Director to design and oversee resident programs, events, and community activities. You will supervise on-site staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for all programs.

The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, experience in social or recreational programming, and proficiency with MS Office; bilingual ability may be requested in some communities.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a related role, including 1 year in a social or recreational program
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual in Spanish may be required at some communities

Aufgaben

• Schedule and organize complex activities and events for residents and staff.
• Oversee Front Desk, Concierge, and Gate House operations on-site.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate vendor bids, entertainment, catering and decorations for events.
• Maintain event calendars, registrations, and resident communications.
• Prepare and monitor activity budgets and track expenses.
