Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting seeks a Lifestyle Director to oversee programming for residents in a condominium community. You will plan and implement recreational and therapeutic activities, coordinate events, and supervise on-site staff to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires building SOPs, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining strong communications with residents and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with at least 1 year in a social or recreational program.
• MS Office Suite proficiency and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Bilingual in Spanish may be required at some communities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize complex activities and events for residents and staff.
• Oversee Front Desk, Concierge, and Gate House operations.
• Develop SOPs for the community to ensure service excellence.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training Association staff.
• Manage budgets for lifestyle activities and ensure accountability of funds.
• Coordinate vendor relations, quotes, and proposals for events.
• Create and distribute weekly/monthly newsletters and update the website.
