Job summary

Ivy Park of Wellington is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to serve as a personal concierge for new residents and those at risk of departing, ensuring a seamless transition into the community.

You will proactively engage residents, coordinate orientation experiences, and maintain contact to promote ongoing participation in activities and connections with families, while meeting community needs with a proactive, personable approach.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to create meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Customer service experience in a senior living or luxury hospitality setting.
• Sales or marketing experience is highly desirable; events coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build positive relationships with new residents and assist in pre-move-in communications.
• Provide a personalized new resident orientation to help acclimate to the community.
• Maintain daily interactions with residents during the first 30 days to ensure engagement in activities and connections with loved ones.
• Identify residents at risk of departure and develop re-engagement strategies.
