Job summary

Revel Communities is seeking a Concierge to warmly welcome residents and guests at the front desk of our senior living communities. You will manage phones, assist with requests, and maintain an organized lobby, mail, deliveries, and supplies.

The role requires a friendly, proactive individual with multitasking skills and basic office technology; evenings/weekends/overnights vary by shift.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, organized and proactive; able to multitask and use basic office technology.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and overnights varies by shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, manage phones, and handle requests with polish and care.
