Job summary

Revel Communities seeks a friendly Concierge for our Palm Desert senior living community to greet residents and guests, answer phones, and handle requests with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires maintaining a welcoming lobby, assisting with mail, deliveries, and supplies, and coordinating transportation and events. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, organized and proactive; comfortable multitasking and using basic office tech.
• Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and overnights vary by shift.
