Qualifications

• Attendance is an imperative job function.
• Ability to perform lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for 8 hours and perform other physically demanding duties.
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Clear and effective communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct each visitor, resident, or staff member entering the building.
• Handle resident concerns and requests promptly or route to the proper staff.
• Assist leasing/property management with resident retention programs.
• Distribute notices and enforce community policies.
• Log packages and verify ID for pickup; ensure proper sign-out.
