Job summary

Nantucket Apartments in Loveland, Ohio, is seeking a Resident Services- Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents and callers. You will handle maintenance requests, move-ins and move-outs, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.

Daily tasks include processing work orders in Yardi, auditing move-in files, assisting Leasing staff, and addressing utility questions. You will maintain a neat appearance and support on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• 1-2 years related customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests by completing work orders.
• Input work orders into Yardi and follow up with residents to ensure completion.
• Resolve resident complaints and enforce policy up to eviction when necessary.
• Assist Leasing staff as needed; opportunity for lease commissions.
• Audit move-in files and input data into Yardi; communicate market rent details.
• Prepare renewal leases and input E-Premium policy information.
• Handle questions regarding utility bills (e.g., Spectrum) and resolve issues.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Follow company procedures for on-call emergencies.
