Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to be the friendly first point of contact for residents and homeshare guests. This on-site, in-person role requires a can-do attitude, growth mindset, and ownership of guest experiences within our community.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least one year experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral's standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Respond to requests with friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism.
